Our product is not suited for everyone and we have guidelines around what, who and where we can provide cover. This may be due to your new address or the age and model of your new car.
If you try to make a change to your policy, it may affect the premium you need to pay for the remainder of your period of cover. In some cases we may not be able to insure you for that change (e.g in the instance that the change is outside the accepted range of value or risk), you will receive an error advising you that this is outside accepted parameters for coverage. If we are not able to insure you for the change, you are able to cancel your policy any time through the bingle go app. The "Cancel Policy" flow commences from the profile and settings screen in app.
